Venues include indoor playgrounds, party spaces, studios, and activity-based or specialty locations. Entertainers include characters, balloon artists, face painters, magicians, music & DJs, science shows, animal acts, party hosts, and more.
Use the Message button on any listing. When they reply, we'll email you so you can sign in and continue the conversation. Your email address stays private.
No. You contact, book, and pay the venue or entertainer directly. BashFind helps you discover and connect with businesses but does not process the actual party booking.
No. Availability, pricing, packages, and policies can change. Always confirm your party date and final details directly with the business.
Yes. Listings show their Google rating where available, with a link to read reviews on Google.

A BashFind Party Pass costs $10 and gives you 10% off eligible services, up to $100 in savings, at the participating business shown on your pass. The offer shown at purchase determines which services are eligible.
No. A Party Pass gives you a discount but does not reserve a date or guarantee availability. We recommend confirming availability with the business before purchasing a Party Pass.
No. The $10 Party Pass is purchased from BashFind, but you book and pay the venue or entertainer directly for the actual party or service.
Your Party Pass is valid for one year from the purchase date. The expiration date is shown on the pass.
No. Each Party Pass is valid for one-time use.
Show your Party Pass to the participating business. They scan your QR code or enter your pass code in their BashFind account, then confirm the pass as redeemed.
Party Passes cannot be combined with other promotions unless the participating business allows it.
Yes. An unredeemed Party Pass can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, Party Passes are non-refundable except where required by law. See Party Pass Terms →
Businesses can stop offering new Party Passes, but previously purchased valid Party Passes must still be honored until their expiration date.
Your free account lets you save favorites, message businesses, keep track of planned and past parties, and get personalized party ideas.
It's optional. Adding your child's birthday and interests helps BashFind suggest personalized party ideas and send planning reminders. Nicknames are fine. Privacy Policy →
No. BashFind accounts are for adults. Parents and guardians create and manage child profiles within their own account.
If you add your child's birthday, we email personalized party ideas about 3, 2, and 1 month before it. Reminders stop once you save a party plan for that celebration.
Yes. Creating a standard venue or entertainer listing is free. New listings are reviewed by our team before they go live.
Sign up as a Venue Owner or Entertainer, then add your listing with photos and details. You can edit it anytime from your account.
Open your listing and click "Claim it." Once our team approves your claim, the listing and any waiting messages move into your account.
Families message you on BashFind. You'll get an email alert for each new message and can reply from the Messages section of your account.
Businesses can optionally pay for Featured Placement. BashFind also earns revenue when families purchase Party Passes for participating businesses.
Featured Placement is an optional $25/month subscription that gives your business extra visibility in the homepage Featured section and near the top of matching search results. You can cancel anytime, and it does not guarantee inquiries or bookings.
Customer Acquisition lets you offer BashFind families a Party Pass discount with no monthly fee. Families purchase their Party Pass from BashFind, then book and pay you directly.
$0/month. There is no subscription or booking fee. You provide the agreed discount when a customer presents a valid BashFind Party Pass.
10% off, up to $100 in savings. Entertainers apply it to eligible entertainment services; venues apply it only to the categories they selected (Party Packages, Facility Use/Admission, or both).
No. Customers keep booking and paying you directly through your existing process. You don't need to connect a bank or Stripe account to participate.
Scan the family's QR code or enter their code in your BashFind account. BashFind checks the pass first; it's only redeemed after you confirm.
Yes. You can deactivate your offer for future Party Passes. Previously purchased valid passes must still be honored until they expire.
Yes. You manage the booking, payment, deposit, communication, and service directly with the family. BashFind takes no cut of your bookings.
