These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bashfind.com and related BashFind services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using BashFind, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Businesses that create, claim, or manage listings also agree to the Provider Terms. Party Pass purchases are also governed by the Party Pass Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BashFind.
BashFind accounts must be created by adults who are able to enter into a binding agreement. Children should not create BashFind accounts.
BashFind is a discovery and connection platform that helps families find party venues, entertainers, and related party services. Families can browse and search listings, save favorites, message businesses, create simple child profiles, receive party ideas and planning reminders, and claim BashFind Party Passes where available. Businesses can create or claim listings, communicate with prospective customers, and optionally purchase Featured Placement or join the Customer Acquisition / Party Pass program.
Venues, entertainers, and other businesses listed on BashFind are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of BashFind.
Except for products or services expressly sold by BashFind, BashFind is not a party to agreements between families and providers.
Listing information is provided by businesses or compiled from public sources and may change at any time, including pricing, availability, policies, age requirements, and services. Families should verify important details directly with the business before booking or paying for services.
Party and service bookings are made directly with the venue or entertainer, and families pay the provider directly. BashFind does not process the booking or the provider's payment. Each provider is responsible for its own booking, contract, deposits, remaining balances, cancellation and refund policies, and delivery of services. BashFind is not responsible for a provider's performance.
BashFind separately sells BashFind Party Passes. Here is the difference:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know at hello@bashfind.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Adult account holders may create and manage profiles for their children (a nickname is fine) to personalize recommendations and reminders. Children should not create accounts or use BashFind themselves. You may share family access with other adults you invite and are responsible for whom you invite.
Favorites, party plans, and history are provided for your convenience. We do our best to keep them available but do not guarantee that saved items or listings will remain on BashFind.
Messaging is for genuine party-related communication between families and businesses. Do not use it to send spam, unsolicited advertising, harassment, threats, fraudulent requests, or to impersonate anyone. Businesses may reply to families who contact them. We may review reported messages and limit messaging for misuse. If you message a business that has not yet claimed its listing, we may notify the business so it can respond.
You keep ownership of content you submit (such as reviews, messages, photos, and listing details). You grant BashFind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate, display, and promote the Service. You confirm you have the right to share the content you submit and that it is not false, misleading, or unlawful.
You agree not to: use BashFind for unlawful purposes; post false or misleading information; impersonate others or misrepresent your connection to a business; scrape or harvest private user data; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security; misuse Party Passes; or use the Service to harm others.
BashFind links to and uses third-party services (such as provider websites, Google Maps, and Stripe). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
BashFind does not guarantee that any provider will be available for a particular date, time, party size, or location.
We try to keep listings useful, but we do not guarantee that listing information, ratings, photos, or prices are complete, current, or accurate.
BashFind does not independently verify, and does not guarantee, any provider's safety, quality, insurance, licenses, permits, background checks, suitability, or performance. Approving or publishing a listing, or approving a listing claim, is not an endorsement or verification of these things. Families are responsible for deciding whether a provider is appropriate for their family and event, and for asking providers directly about insurance, licensing, staffing, and safety practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BashFind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any interactions, bookings, disputes, injuries, damages, or losses arising between users and providers. BashFind's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to BashFind in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BashFind from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with other users or providers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, or access to features that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful, fraudulent, or misleading. You may stop using BashFind at any time and may request account deletion at hello@bashfind.com.
We may change the Service or update these Terms. We will post updates on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and may notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not retroactively reduce the benefits of a valid Party Pass already claimed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@bashfind.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
