These Provider Terms apply to venue owners, entertainers, and other businesses ("Providers") that use BashFind.
These Provider Terms supplement the general Terms of Service for businesses that create, claim, or manage listings or participate in BashFind business programs. If these Provider Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a Provider-specific topic, these Provider Terms control.
You represent that you are authorized to create, claim, and manage the listing on behalf of the business. BashFind may review claim requests and may ask for information supporting your connection to the business, but approval of a claim is not a verification of your licenses, insurance, or qualifications.
You are responsible for keeping your listing reasonably accurate and up to date, including where applicable:
You are an independent business. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and BashFind.
You are solely responsible for your licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, legal requirements, employee and contractor obligations, and any regulations that apply to your services. BashFind does not verify these items.
You remain responsible for accepting or declining bookings, customer contracts, deposits, balances, cancellation and refund policies, customer communications, performance of services, and resolving customer disputes. Families book and pay you directly.
You represent that you have the rights needed for content you upload or provide, including photos. You keep ownership of your content and grant BashFind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize or crop), and distribute it to operate, display, and promote the BashFind service and your listing.
Published listing information is public and may be distributed through:

Featured Placement is an optional, paid program that currently costs $25 per month.
Participation is optional. Participating Providers:
The $10 Party Pass price is paid to BashFind. Unless otherwise disclosed, the discount does not apply to travel fees, taxes, gratuities, or third-party charges.
Valid Party Passes may be verified by scanning the QR code or entering the pass code while signed in to your BashFind provider account. A Party Pass should be treated as redeemed only after BashFind successfully verifies and redeems it. Each Party Pass can be redeemed once.
Business may deactivate the offer for future Party Pass purchases, but previously purchased valid Party Passes must still be honored until their expiration date.
Your dashboard continues to show Party Passes claimed by families, redeemed, and outstanding, and lets you verify passes, even after deactivation.
You must honor the terms shown to the family when the Party Pass was claimed, including any additional notes you provided. Later changes to your offer do not retroactively reduce the benefit of a valid previously claimed Party Pass.
BashFind may, in its reasonable discretion, suspend or remove listings, offers, or accounts for reasons such as fraud, misleading information, abuse, prohibited conduct, repeated failure to honor valid Party Passes, or violation of BashFind terms.
The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification sections of the Terms of Service apply to Providers. In addition, you agree to indemnify BashFind for claims arising from your services, your content, your dealings with customers, and any failure to honor valid Party Passes, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Provider Terms. We will post updates here with a new "Last updated" date and may notify you by email. Changes do not reduce the benefits of valid Party Passes already claimed.
