These are the terms for BashFind Party Passes, written to be easy to read. They are part of the BashFind Terms of Service.
A BashFind Party Pass is a promotional benefit purchased from BashFind for use with the specific participating provider shown on the pass. A Party Pass is not a party reservation, not a provider booking, and not a guarantee of availability.
A Party Pass costs $10. The $10 is paid to BashFind.
A Party Pass gives you 10% off eligible services, with maximum savings of $100. The eligible services and any restrictions shown when you claimed your Party Pass apply to that pass.
A venue Party Pass is valid only with the specific participating venue and location shown on the pass, for the eligible services shown (Party Packages, Facility Use / Admission, or both).
An entertainer Party Pass is valid only with the specific participating entertainer shown on the pass. Your booking is still subject to the entertainer's service area, availability, and travel policies.
Unless the offer says otherwise, the discount does not apply to travel fees, taxes, gratuities, or third-party charges. Any provider-specific restrictions or notes shown when you claimed the pass also apply.
You contact and book the provider directly. The provider controls availability. Getting a Party Pass does not reserve a date or time.
You pay the provider directly for the actual party or service. BashFind does not collect the provider's payment through the Party Pass.
A Party Pass is valid for 1 year from the date you claimed it. The expiration date is shown on your pass and in your BashFind dashboard.
Each Party Pass can be redeemed once. After it is successfully redeemed, it cannot be used again.
The provider verifies your Party Pass through BashFind by scanning its QR code or entering its pass code. Show your pass to the provider when booking.
A Party Pass is refundable within 7 days of purchase if it has not been redeemed. After 7 days, Party Pass purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
To request a refund, email hello@bashfind.com with your pass code within 7 days of purchase.
A provider may stop offering new Party Passes. However, previously claimed valid Party Passes must still be honored until their expiration date.
A Party Pass cannot be combined with other promotions unless the provider allows it.
BashFind does not guarantee provider availability. If a provider will not honor a valid Party Pass, or you have another problem with a valid pass, email hello@bashfind.com with your pass code and we will look into it.
BashFind may invalidate Party Passes obtained or used through fraud, abuse, unauthorized duplication, or other prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Party Pass Terms. Material changes will not retroactively reduce the benefits of a valid Party Pass you already claimed.
